SafeTales Terms of Use

SafeTales is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless we provide a separate written licence agreement, use of the SafeTales iOS app is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

1. App provider
SafeTales is provided by Tech Wave Innovations. For support, visit support.techwaveinnovations.co.uk.
2. Parent-controlled use
SafeTales is intended for parents and guardians to generate and review stories for children. Children should not use the app without parent or guardian supervision.
3. AI-generated content
SafeTales uses AI to generate stories from parent-selected categories and story lengths. We use safety prompts and checks to reduce unsuitable content, but AI output may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing stories before reading them to children.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SafeTales to:
- Create, request, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, or exploitative content.
- Enter personal, sensitive, or identifying information about a child.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, safety systems, subscriptions, or technical protections.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app or backend service.
- Interfere with the availability, performance, or security of SafeTales.
5. Subscriptions
SafeTales may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal management are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple’s terms.
Any premium limits, pricing, and features shown in the app are subject to change where permitted by law and App Store rules. Changes do not affect rights you already have under Apple’s subscription terms.
6. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the SafeTales Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of SafeTales. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially where third-party AI, hosting, network, or App Store services are involved.
